Dr. Himanshu Sekhar Panda graduated from UCE, Burla (now VSSUT, Burla), Odisha in the year 1992. He worked with several construction companies till 2008. He then Left industry and joined academics. Got master’s degree in structural engineering specialization from CET, Bhubaneswar in 2010 and Ph. D. in structural engineering from NIT, Rourkela in 2016. Areas of interest – Structural Analysis and Design, Dynamic analysis and testing of laminated and delaminated composite structures under influence hygro-thermal environment.
